Weekly Maintenance
To help prolong the life of your dryer we suggest the following weekly maintenance
steps:
1) Unplug your dryer and clean housing with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild
detergent to remove any residue from styling products. Wipe dry.
2) Remove filter-cap and wipe away any lint with a small brush or cotton swab.
3) To burn off any hair caught inside the dryer, turn dryer on high speed/high heat
and place your hand over the filter for 5 seconds. CAUTION: blocking the air filter
for more than 5 seconds may lead to over-heating. After removing your hand, burning
hair might blow from the dryer barrel.

Suggestions
Always keep the filter on when operating your dryer to prevent hair and foreign
objects from entering dryer and causing motor damage.
Wipe hands clean after using styling products to prevent damage to the switch assembly.
Never tape your power button.
If your dryer has been dropped, exercise caution. Internal damage can cause electric
shock.
If you dryer stops working or works intermittently during normal use, return immediately
for service.
When sending in your dryer for service, please include a brief description of any
problems to ensure a safe and speedy repair.
*Do not attempt to open your dryer and repair it yourself. This is extremely dangerous
and will void your warranty.
